VALERE addressed multiple renovation needs for the facility occupying a historic mill complex with many additions and alterations over the decades. 

The three items addressed in this renovation are an updated loading dock, an enhanced hazardous materials storage area, and a renovated vertical freight lift. 

The project is currently under construction.
