Primus Dispensary, situated in Springfield, Massachusetts, is a project involving the transformation of a former commercial building into a 2,850 square foot, single-level facility dedicated to adult-use cannabis.

This innovative dispensary will feature two adaptable customer experience zones, allowing the owner to tailor the customer journey for a distinctive interaction. Visitors will progress from these areas to an expansive sales floor, where they can explore and purchase various products before leaving the premises.

The design plan includes a comprehensive makeover of both the interior and exterior, incorporating contemporary materials, colors, and lighting to enhance the overall aesthetic. Construction is currently underway and is anticipated to be completed in 2024.
