Nestled in Belmont, Massachusetts, MINT represents a remarkable transformation, where a 1,750 square foot former automotive repair shop has been completely revamped.

This extensive renovation project involved significant demolition work on the existing concrete block structure to make way for a new entrance and striking exterior business signage. The transformation was particularly evident in the façade, where the large exterior doors were removed and redesigned to suit its new purpose as an adult-use cannabis retail outlet.

In collaboration with the owner, VALERE integrated a selection of materials, colors, and finishes that align with the brand's identity established in other states.

The Construction Manager on the project was Valiant-America.
