Bridgeport's industrial landscape is about to sprout some green innovation. A proposed 68,350-square-foot renovation of a former factory building will bring cutting-edge cannabis cultivation, processing, and manufacturing to the city.

The design, now complete, dedicates 15,000 square feet to advanced cannabis cultivation, cleverly utilizing existing column spacing and available height for optimal efficiency.
