Located in Hartford, Connecticut, the proposed cannabis cultivation and manufacturing facility would renovate an existing 80,800 square foot former factory building in multiple phases. 

Each phase would include 15,000 square feet of dedicated cultivation space, and in total, it would include 2,400 square feet of manufacturing space. 

The proposed program fit well into the existing linear shape of the building allowing for an efficient single-loaded corridor design for cultivation space.
