EMBR Cannabis is a landmark project in Western Massachusetts, proudly standing as the first ground-up recreational adult-use cannabis dispensary in Springfield. Designed by VALERE Architects during our inaugural year, this 3,000-square-foot new construction transformed a long-vacant lot on Boston Road into a thriving business hub.

The building’s innovative design features a clear-span truss system, creating an open floor plan free of load-bearing walls. This flexible layout was tailored to meet EMBR's operational needs while allowing adaptability for future growth.
