Aurum, a future adult-use cannabis retail dispensary, is set to undergo development in Pemberton, New Jersey. This project involves renovating a previously existing two-story bar and grille. The redesign aims to harmonize various architectural styles and periods, creating a cohesive structure that complements the historical surroundings of the neighborhood.

The exterior design, a collaborative effort between the client and local town representatives, has culminated in a mutually satisfying proposal. Although the exterior will maintain a modest and traditional appearance, the interior is planned to showcase the sophistication and luxury of the art deco period, featuring opulent tones and gold embellishments.
