Apotho Therapeutics Cultivation represents an ambitious multi-phase transformation of a 41,700 square foot former indoor tennis court into a state-of-the-art cultivation facility.

The initial phase encompasses the development of 11,100 square feet dedicated to cultivation, along with essential support spaces. Upon the completion of the second phase, an impressive 68% of the building will be devoted to cultivation activities.

Construction is ongoing under Valiant-America as the Construction Manager.
