In Holyoke, Massachusetts, a historic transformation is underway. A 74,600 square foot former factory that once produced tanks for World War II is being reborn as Ahava, a state-of-the-art cannabis cultivation and manufacturing facility.

The multi-phase renovation will begin with 10,550 square feet of cultivation space in phase one, taking advantage of the building's expansive floor plan and high ceilings.

Phase two will see even more cultivation space added, bringing the total dedicated area to an impressive 61% of the building.

Construction is already in progress, with completion expected in 2024.
