VALERE's mission is to deliver value at every stage of the design process; we seek to grow together with our community, employees, and clients through inspired designs and uncompromising quality.

WHO WE ARE

VALERE Architects, Inc. is a professional architecture, interior design, and planning firm based in Westfield, Massachusetts. We opened our studio in November of 2021 and have a team with over 25 years of combined experience which we leverage to bring a collaborative and innovative approach to every project.

We work closely with you to transform your vision into reality, pushing the boundaries of design with clear communication on costs and timelines to ensure a smooth and stress-free experience. Our projects range in size from boutique retail spaces to sprawling adaptive re-use renovations, all while maintaining a focus on the end user experience.

01 DEFINE

Every project starts with a conversation. We take the time to understand the full scope of your project—your wants, needs, and goals. This includes both the practical aspects (size, function, budget) and the broader aspirations for how the space will serve its purpose. By gathering the right information, we lay the foundation for thoughtful, informed decisions for every stage of the design process.

02 EXPLORE

This is where ideas take shape. With a clear understanding of the project's goals, we dive into the creative process. In this iterative and dynamic phase, we explore design solutions using a variety of tools—plans, massing models, renderings, mood boards, and context studies. These tools help bring ideas to life, allowing us to refine concepts and visualize how they will function in the real world.

03 DEVELOP

We refine the selected concept, preparing detailed drawings that align with your budget and goals. Materials, lighting, and color palettes are finalized, design challenges are addressed, and construction-ready documents are produced. We also collaborate with key consultants and potential builders to ensure a smooth transition into construction.

04 DELIVER

With construction documents in hand, we stay actively involved throughout the project buildout. Through site visits and open communication with you, the builder, and the design team; we navigate the construction process, keeping the project aligned with its goals until completion.

05 EXPERIENCE

At the end of this journey, the result is more than just a completed project—it’s a space ready to be lived in, worked in, and enjoyed.
